1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, subscribing to, or using any part of the Watch4TV service ("Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and subscribers of Watch4TV. Your continued use of the Service following any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2 Description of Service

Watch4TV provides an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) streaming service that delivers live television channels, video-on-demand content, and catch-up TV to subscribers over the internet. The Service includes:

• Access to 20,000+ live television channels from 180+ countries
• 150,000+ on-demand movies and TV series
• 7-day catch-up TV on thousands of channels
• 4K Ultra HD and Full HD streaming quality
• Electronic Programme Guide (EPG) integration
• Multi-device access as permitted by your subscription plan

The Service is provided "as is" and Watch4TV reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3 Account & Access

3.1 Credentials

Upon subscription, you will receive login credentials (username, password, and server URL) delivered via WhatsApp. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Sharing

You may not share your credentials with third parties or allow others outside your household to use your account. Simultaneous device limits apply as per your subscription plan. Violation may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

3.3 Account Security

If you believe your credentials have been compromised, you must notify Watch4TV immediately via WhatsApp. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account prior to such notification.

4 Payment & Billing

4.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change, but existing subscriptions will not be affected during the current billing period.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods, all processed via WhatsApp:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• PayPal
• Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT)
• Bank transfer

4.3 Refunds

Our refund policy provides a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

4.4 Renewals

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must manually renew your subscription before expiry to maintain uninterrupted access. We will attempt to notify you via WhatsApp before your subscription expires.

5 Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense your access to any third party
• Use the Service for any commercial streaming or broadcast purpose
• Attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or interfere with any security measures
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• Engage in any activity that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure
• Use the Service to transmit harmful, illegal, or offensive content
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations

6 Intellectual Property

All content available through the Watch4TV Service, including but not limited to live channels, on-demand content, logos, and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Watch4TV operates as a licensed content reseller and does not claim ownership over third-party content.

The Watch4TV name, logo, and website design are the exclusive property of Watch4TV. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any Watch4TV branding without express written permission.

7 Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Watch4TV does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
• All channels or content will be available at all times
• The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• Any errors or defects will be corrected immediately

Channel availability may vary by region and is subject to broadcaster agreements. Some channels may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, rights restrictions, or technical issues beyond our control.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Watch4TV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or service interruptions, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall Watch4TV's total cumulative liability to you exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

9 Termination

Watch4TV reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately and without notice if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour
• Attempt to resell or share access commercially
• Fail to make required payments

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

10 Changes to Terms

Watch4TV reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via WhatsApp with at least 7 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the appropriate jurisdiction as determined by Watch4TV's registered location.
